Iberis umbellata

Iberis, also called Candytuft, is an annual summer flower belonging to the  family  Brassicaceae . Iberis may vary in color white, pink, red and purple and will be approx. 20-30 cm high. It has foreign pollination. The seeds are reddish brown, flat round and with a size of 1.5-3.0 mm. The seed sprouts in 2-5 days. The crop blooms from late June to end in July. Iberis is used as ornamental plant.

Seed quatity: 1-15 kg per acres.

Sowing: From the beginning / middle of April.

Harvest: Aug-sep.
